Indexing the template-act corpus
Once and for all: the SharePoint OAuth wizard connects the firm's « Modèles d'actes » folder. 50-200 historical acts are chunked, embedded, classified by type. The Style Bible (explicit conventions in PDF, optional) is ingested.

Firm discovery (3 person-days, one-shot)
An LMbox referent (or your Agent-SDK-trained integrator) spends 2-3 video calls with founding partners. Identifies the 20 most important invariants (« PAR CES MOTIFS always in caps », « le concluant, never mon client », etc.). Encoded into the system prompt.

Junior briefs a new act
The junior types factual elements: act type (NDA, SaaS contract, commercial lease…), parties, subject, specific constraints. The agent calls search_actes_types to retrieve 5-10 similar acts from the firm.

Drafting in firm style + saving
The draft is written following the vocabulary, structure and formulas of the similar acts. Each section cites the template act(s) that motivated its choice. Saved to SharePoint in the client folder + Jira ticket for partner review. Senior review drops to 10-15 min.
